I have fixed an appointment for Dr. Vivek Raj for 28th September 2019, 1:45, I have got the msg you have to reach 20 min before, When i reached reception they given me form to fill-up (its take 5 min), After that they send me at opd to pay anathor doctor fee of Rs.1500, When i reached there they took approx 15 min time, after 15 min they say let me call if Dr. Doctor, he called Secretary she said send patient here without billing , when i reach there she said you are late(I have reached there 1:52) We have option other Doctor so i am arranging consultation with them , When i deny to take consultation of Other then Dr. Vivek Raj, She say Mai bhi banti to but aapse kam hi banti hu.nnShe is totally waste time and she try to transfer to other junior doctor.She start talking like she is dancing and after few min i got nsg your appointment got cancel as you not reached there .nnVery bad experience with max and employee, they think no option. I have also ask to refund my charge they deny.nnShe can refer heart patient to other department just for making incentive in max and for growing max ....
