I had consulted Dr. Niren Rao last week on 01/09/2020 at his clinic in person. The Doctor was very kind and humble person. He heard me well and suggested a few medicines. Since few days I have been calling at his clinic regularly to speak to him but there is no response at all. The girls at the reception attending the phone are very unprofessional and don’t know what’s the issue as they aren’t connecting me to the doctor and every time I call they just say Dr. is busy and he would call you back later. Pretty taken back by their behaviour and quite disappointed by this approach.

My wife was having pain in right side of tummy. After ultrasound in my hometown I was advised to undergo surgery otherwise her kidney would fail. For second opinion we consulted Dr Rao who examined her thoroughly and suggested some tests. He then told us that there is no problem at all and no surgery is needed. He prescribed some medicines and now my wife is alright. Thank God we consulted him. Thanks a lot sir
