Very bad service. On checkin, the rooms and bathrooms were stinking. Rooms not prepared. Coffee, sugar, kettle all need to be asked. The owner/manager is irresponsible. They are also renovating. The photos you see are old. There is no swimming pool. Wears a run down look. Don't book this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The way to reach this place is closed now so we had take other long way. On reaching there at 4 pm we asked for food. But the kitchen was closed so if u reach there after 3 you won't get any food.nRooms are good but the bathroom is all rusted. They should do some thing about it.nTowels were very dirty . I asked them to change he changed but they were equally dirty.nWhile giving food we have specific instructions but 3 times he got wrong food. Finally we ask them plese cancel the order.nFood is ok not that good .nNow about the pool which is mentioned in each and every comments. There is no pool. May be there was but not there is no pooth the.whole pool area is under construction so may be they are making more rooms or new pool not sure about it.nBut they need lot of maintenance in respect to wash room and cleanliness .

Staying here from 27th November 2019. Had booked for four days with advance payment by looking at the photographs of cottages facing the swimming pool. To our great dismay we found no swimming pool. Not a single cottage has any view. They have the worst house keeping service. Cleanliness is not at all maintained. We have to demand and shout to get our room clean as well as for sundry items like shampoo and tea bags. Staff is courteous but no supervision on them to check what they have done. Only plus point is quality of food. Felt cheated and greatly disappointed with contradiction of what they show on website and what we actually saw. I will not recommend to any of my friends.
