Must visit place if you are visiting Diu. It's run by an ex-merchant Navy captain, who has travelled around the world and collected shells over 67 years..... A beautiful, descriptive and informative place to be.... 5 stars definetly!!!

Exceptional place. One of its kind in the world. Every conceivable sea organism is present here. Run single handedly by an old gentleman who has personally collected all the shells from every corner of the world. Deserves to be on top of the list of local sight seeing in Diu

Must Visit if you are in Diu. Closes by 4.30 - 50 so please go early.nThe collection is very interesting and some of the collection is kept in bottles with magnifying lenses to see them in an enlarged form. There are variety of naturally occurring shapes and colors, textures originating from multiple countries and several parts of India.

A must visiting place of Diu. Here is the collection of sea shells all over the world. Some shells are huge in size that could be seen here only. It's only 300 m from the Diu airport i.e. walkable distance

The place in Diu to explore the world of Sea shells.nThis is run by ex Naval person. This is his passion and knowledge of Sea Shells from last 63 yrs.nAmazed by his knowledge and dedication. He has collected it from his naval career across the world. Well preserved and put it in glass bottles with magnifying glass so that we can view each part of the shell.nThere are even hand drawn diagrams to explain the internal structure of shells.nThe place is rented and the old man maintains everything by himself n charges just 20 bugsnnI sooo wish that he gets some funding or government undertakes it for maintainance. we are lucky to have such museum in our India.
