I Bought tv from Vijay sales, #PlazaMall MG Road Gurgaon owing to its brand value and promise of assured 5 yrs warranty. Appliance became faulty within 3 yrs. Mohan (Store Manager) shedding off the legit responsibilitiesnEven paid 500rs to service executives for nothingn#shame #fraudulent #fraudsters

Vijay Sales if you are authorised seller of Xiaomi aka MI then you should accept the defective product as well. Or should stop selling those brands which you can’t accept return as per brand policy. Pathetic service don’t accept such experience from you guys. Your competitors are far better than you guys. Guys please don’t buy Xiaomi products from Vijay Sales or do and get the experience
