Poor quality of work. Instead of getting the stains removed, they’re adding more stains. We had sent 5 mats, out of which, in 3 mats the stains were not removed. One was added with a new stain.

I had to follow up 8 to 10 times through customer care and to the branch directly to get my curtains back. The bill was almost equal to the rate of curtains. I don't understand their method of calculating sqft. Pathetic customer service. Not even responsible enough to update the customer on delayed return time.

Poor service. No one tells you when the order will be delivered. Today i am not able to reach anyone on their customer care number too! Avoid!

Completely incompetent. They have screwed up the service multiple times. We followed the form selecting hangers for my business shirts/pants. They didnt read the form and asked my driver. They ended up folding everything. We asked for them to redo on hangers and they said it would CD ready on Thursday. My wife went to pick up it up on Thursday morning and they said it would be ready by 7pm! That's basically the next day. They also randomly called my wife saying i called to complain and want happy, but never called them! Then about 2 hours later they call and say 4 of 11 items are ready and the rest will take 2 more days. Get your business together. They is horrible service!!!!

V poor service.. Even after telling categorically that I don't need clothes on hanger they delivered on hanger only.. When I returned the clothes they told me that it will again take 5-6 days to bring the clothes back if I don't need on hanger.. I was courageous enough to give them and now even after 10days I am waiting for my clothes.. Customer care doesn't have a clue..also one of the other kurti I recieved was not properly cleaned.. The pick up got scheduled for that after complaining to the customer care but again no response after 10days..no one came to pick up the kurti.. Pathetic service..
