Pathetic service, all the curtains height was reduced by at least 4 inches after wash. We gave our high quality ddecor curtains to them thinking their service would be good ,even after they ask for 15000 for dry cleaning . Had to call multiple times and after 10 days delay they gave curtains back, but that was not it all the main curtains were 4 inches shorter, god knows what they have done.. Followed up with their local branch executive and Customer support with no luck. After multiple follow ups took curtain back to technical analysis and came back by saying it is not reduced. My advice, do not give your expensive curtains to these guys, no accountability over material even after sky rocket pricing. See the difference in sheer size and curtain size in attached image!

Finally found a good laundry for my formals. The delivery person was also very helpful. Highly recommend the service. Keep up the good work!

Worst place to get your clothes dry cleaned. They don't know their job. They don't register complaint. I had bought nice Fab India cotton quilt worth. I gave them to dry clean it. They washed and gave me back. I could see that cotton has shrunk in all the places. And if you put in front of light you could see empty places all over.nI took that comforter back and told them about problem. First of all they deny and then put blame on factory people. They took it back to fix and returned it back in 2 days in same condition. No one picks call in complaint department.nDON'T GO TO THEIR STORE. THEY MESS UP EXPENSIVE STUFF!nI would give them 0 star if I can.
