Their behavior is so rude.nThey cheat with the petrol quantity.nThey don't swipe with CITI Bank machine, always make some excuses.

Very worst and rude staff this bunk contains, today I asked to swipe on Citi Bank card on the Citi POS, but the guy swiped on HDFC POS. Asked why you did it, another guy who dispence the petrol came and say like Citi machines are slow and are not wokring, I asked where is board they kept Citi pos is not working? Then he start rude behavior.nnI went and asked the in-charge of this bunk, he said he is a new guy please excause, but this is second time for me that swiping on Non-Citi POS (which leads to pay extra charges), then i asked the in-charge to bear the amount, then another guy started showing finger and started rude talk. For which i said if this is the way it happens, I will raise griviene in to Indane Oil, but the staff is no fear of anything or no sence how to talk to customers, they feel like they are doing some kind of charity and customer are the beneficies of their charity.nnOn this I raised a grivience in the Indane Site, lets see how the indane will react on staff rude behavior. Better to avoid this bunk, as near to BAgmane World Tech Center and people are automatically coming for petrol, this bunk people has no value to the customers.

Only cash accepted here. Now they have started with PhonePay. They do not have UPI payment option. Also, no emission test at this petrol station.

The staff deliberately don't reset fuel to ZERO. When argued they agreed and filled the fuel. There's CCTV footage that helped.
