A very good experience indeed. Visited the salon for hair straightening. The staff were very polite and followed all the necessary precautions to ensure our safety amidst pandemic. Our hair consultant Nikita took great care of us. She was very knowledgeable and knew what exactly was to be done. The manager was also cheerful and always greeted us with a smile. The products were also explained in details. Overall very satisfied with Lakme..

I wanted to do a haircut and hair color and i was very confused about the color and i went to phoenix lakmi salon there i met Nikita,she was so kind and polite and was so knowledgeable As she recommended me a hair color which is so good and looks beautiful in me.nThank you Nikita for the wonderful experience.nLooking forward to go again..

I did smoothing and haircut in the lakme salon done by hair stylish Nikita good quality products were used Nikita was so professional at her work loved her service even though it was my first visit to the salon had a great experience would like to recommend people to gonwas really happy and satisfied with the servicenWould love to visit again

I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO TO LAKME FOR HAIR CUTS. Here's my pathetic experience:nI wanted short hair and the hair stylist Lydia suggested a haircut from Google pics. The end result was pathetic, my hair was much shorter than I expected. When I asked her why my hair cut doesn't look anything like the picture she showed, she said that's because my hair was curly. Given that she is a hair stylist, she should have known which hair cut would suit. When the hair styling was done it looked OK but now that I have washed my hair, it looks incredibly pathetic. I would NEVER go to Lakme again, not for hair styling definitely. Also they charged 1000/- for the stupid hair cut.

Excellent service done at PMC Lakme Salon and it was an extraordinary experience given by Sallim and Chaithra..nThe front desk people are really helpful too Deep and Chetan..nAll the best guys..
