I bought 1 ton 3* star inverter AC (LS-Q12JNXA )on 15.5.20 fo rs 36000/00. They said it is 38000/00 first and reduced for 36k. Today I came to know from SATHYA shop online app it is only 34,999 only. Later I went to SATHYA shop and enquired the same model. They offered for 34000/00. As SATHYA has more than 120 branches all over T.N , they were able to sell for lesser price. I also bought butterfly 3 burner gas stove and sony wireless headset for online price itself from SATHYA. So visit SATHYA instead of VASANTH & CO Perambalur. by. [email protected].

Waste of time they still not updated in there product models and futures

Good spot to bye electronics and Home appliances... Need to improve customer approach..

Very poor customer service. When you contact them with issues they just ask you to wait , wait and wait . Bought AC from here. It dint work from day 1 . No steps taken to replace and they are not ready to take it back. Asking the customer to adjust with a problematic piece. Avoid this shop.
