I combed my (wavy) hair before visiting this salon. So, when visited this salon, this hair cutting guy ran his hands onto my hair as if it was a bird’s nest. Vigorously. Rough. Directionless. This was all ONLY to ask (read- sell their other service) if ‘I’ had hairfall?! Followed by do you want to color your hair?nTo top it all, the hair cutting apron is chargeable!!! Everyone, I mean, everyone is interested in offering “various discounts”, but nobody asked me if I’m really happy with their service.

Service is great. The staff is very polite and friendly. They suggest appropriate style depending on our skin and hair. They gave me complimentary❤nMr. Dhananjay was very polite and helpful with the choice of haircut. He did a nice job ud83dudc87‍♀ufe0f.nThey gave us refreshing tea/coffee while providing services. Although it's a unisex salon, there's an exclusive room for women's services. ☺nSafety and hygienic regulations are taken care.nOverall it's worth visiting the salon for all ur hair and face needs.

Typical corporate approach..!!nThe service offered is good. No much complaints about it. But they make you take you more than you want. They suggest only high end costly services saying all other are worthless. Why do you even have it in your service list if you say that's very bad to your skin/hair?nThese are such places we often go with the suggestions of professionals and we don't want to argue with them. But they are concerned only on making more profit than understanding customer needs and providing that service.nNot everytime you need an oxygen facial. Sometimes you might just need a normal clean up. But they just don't care!! All they want is to make higher bill.nJust go through the service list online before visiting and be adamant on your choices. Or else they will rip you off!!
