DisappointednLast year I brought furniture’s , It was a pleasure.nBecause it was a big purchase , Yesterday I have been visited the store again for a small purchase. But the customer executives are not flexible with my needs. they are not willing to do the home delivery they will do if Iam going to buy most expensive things only , they are not giving any priority for the repeat customers , which is really I felt bad, treat your customers and make them happy plz.

Hi I would like to share my experience on shopping at tip top kollam.First all I have purchased from this shop,so this is a genuine review.I would suggest you not to buy the products during the reduction sale period,I feel this is the time they get rid of sub standard products from their shelves.I would suggest you to buy the pieces put on display only.They now have a gimmick to increase sales by selling sub standard stuff.The products which are on display will be of perfect finish with no imperfections,but they have a lot of stuff down in the ware house which are substandard,just seems like wood planed at the mill and cheap varnish applied without any surface preparation.Only the products put for display under proper lighting makes you feel that the furnitures are a class product.The staff there project themselves as though they give out the full details of the furniture and being very ethical,be cautious it is only another marketing strategy to make you feel you are at the right place.I have learned from the staff itself that the management has decided to sell the products with the lesser finish to increase the profits as a good amount of money has to be spent on labour.I would like all of you to know that I would have got the same quality at a far lesser price at any other store,and another fact is most of the furniture is of mahagony wood,which is very cheaply available in the market.So guys beware,they have some good designs and make at the showroom,make sure you buy that piece itself on the same day itself if at all you want the quality that you are shown at the display.Happy shopping to all.This is a genuine feedback from a buyer,I have all the proof of purchase.I had also lodged a complaint regarding the issues faced with the company.It is almost a few months since the purchase,there is no positive outcome out of that.Thought of sharing this as it would help a few in getting quality products,as it is our hard earned money we use to buy this substandard stuff and these products don't come cheap that you can discard it of easily.
