Only coz there is no zero star .nRude staff...nSecurity people are nice... however the manager ( not the security head) , or whoever directs the security personnel is horrendously rude and shallow.nEven after taking appointment they won't allow you inside.i hope that chap is removed from the post.nHe lies through his teeth and has zero respect fr other people.nWhen u bring a sick parent he has the audacity to say that we are not welcome in the hospital.nSeeing him ill treat your parent is the last straw .nI hope he experiences the same ill treated that he gave us.nThe worst management possible under the name of such a holy Saint.nSad.nDemeaning.nDisgraceful.

Parumala hospital is a well equipped with sufficient staff located centrally with sufficient parking place.nnMy experience with Neurology section was very good.nnNursing staff will not be available on phone at desk most of the time, may be under staffed. Scope for cleanliness improvement at patient room and other common places. Strong feeling of cost cutting and lack of supervision is visible. Common Wash rooms are without soap and toilet papers.nnNew building Front desk is adequately staffed, people have the tendency of jumping the queue. Old building staff behind desk need adequate orientation. New building reception area chairs are not proper for old and physically disabled people, it is too low and getting up from it is a task.nnSecurity staff is good and humane at heart. Canteen is good.nnRooms at old building given to relatives are shabby and not ventilated. Good rooms are for privileged. Very good signboards and direction boards are available. Very good pharmacy. Ex defence team support desk is excellent.nnYou can depend this hospital for your need. Not aware of cost and financial assistance to needy.
