A great place to workout. It certainly meets my expectations in terms of the equipment and ambience. I have been doing weight training with the assistance of my personal trainer -Rajesh John. He has been a great influence on me, in terms of understanding my body, suggesting and guiding me do the right workout based on my strengths and weaknesses.
