I’ve been a customer of this store for the last 10 years...but recently i came to this store asking for librium 10 with the prescription of a certified doctor ( as i am suffering from anxiety induced acid reflux ) and they said they won’t give it to me in an arrogant manner...they have it in stock but wont give it to me...why?...I didn’t know the reason and they didn’t tell me...I didn’t want to make a ruckus so i left the place....is that how you treat a customer? You might have millions of reasons to be proud of but a single incident like this will tarnish your reputation and you’ll lose customers in no time...if you have a problem in giving the medicine tell them why and stop being arrogant..it’s disgusting...take it as a healthy criticism and I hope you’ll learn from your mistakes.

It is one of the best medical shops in Thiruvalla.you can get most of the medicines which was prescribed to you from the doctor without any change in the medicine company or dose.The shop has now expanded a bit more and thus you can expect every medicines .
