Shines Bar and Restaurant

One of the best hotel in the Pandalam area. When coming to restaurant hygiene, this restaurant is best among others. No food smell at all the times. Tables are neat and tidy even in rush time. There are separate sofas for the waiting people to relax. This restaurant is renovated in near time. Foods have a unique and authentic taste. Even though food is bit overpriced there hospitality, taste of food and neatness justifies the price.

Good place to stay. Business class hotel. Had good room service and all toiletries were provided when asked. Complimentary breakfast was Appam eggcurry/Veg curry along with tea. Food was average though. Located in the heart of the city. Has parking backside of the hotel.

Need to improve thier quality in service..

Only beer is available. Nothing else. Seems like an undeground oarking turned into a bar.
