Very neat and well maintained..but damn slow. All counter staff , customer related staff are to be well trained. electronic tocken system should be implemented at the enquiry point.patients should be well guided to find the doctors room,lab , pharmacy etc..

I showed my mom to Dr Shashi Kumar ENT. My mom had irritation on her both ears due to wax accumulation. Due to his fault, my mom’s ears are bleeding now and wax also not cleaned properly. He didn’t tell us about bleeding. Also he suggest to put soliwax medicine and told us remaining wax will come out. When we reach home blood and wax got mixed and it was stuck outside her ears. I personally will not suggest Dr. Shashi Kumar to any body.

Really appreciable hospital. There is good doctor's and good staffs.
