Located at SN Park junction, Kannur and 1.1km away from the popular Payyambalam beach. Location is good. Although its not upto the mark of a 4-star hotel but better than other hotels nearby.

This place is more like a 2 star. Besides the food there's nothing good about the this place. They call it a 4 star business hotel where the wifi keeps getting disconnected. The staff makes a lot of noise in the corridor. The hot water will last for 10 mins. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DIRTY PLACE. PLEASE SONT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER

I gave 3 coz its a 3 star hotel, n would suggest not to go with any expectations.nnIt is an average hotel with minimum services.nAverage taste of food.
