Good service, but the Lulu mall store didn't accept card or cheque payment. I had to run around the whole mall for an ATM. Exchange rates are a bad compared to Lulu exchange. I mean there was a difference of around 1500 Rupees when I purchased 250 €.

Inactive fee charged without notificationnnAdded money for a foreign trip and the executives did not mention anything about inactive fee. After the trip I retained the balance in the account. After few months they took money from my account as inactive fee and every month inactive fee was charged. Finally when I needed money for my personal need I thought of taking the money from my account however I had zero balancennI did not get any notifications regarding this via emails nor the executives in Thomas Cook appraise me while providing the cardnnI have lost 95 dollars approx Rs 6600/- due to thisnnWhen I called one the office branch they said this is written in brochure. As a customer this is very disappointing because you need not go through each and every point that is written in the brochure

It is the best place for foreign exchanges. Situated at Pipeline signal next to Chartered accountant bank. The staff at the desk are really helpfull and always provide a better clarification even via phonecall.

Got what we wanted. However, consultants need to provide more details on current rate and the rate at which they are selling. They seemed very uninterested to serve the customers.
