Very bad serivece , irresponsible staff expecially ( Mr asheem and Abdul khair). I took a ticket from Muscat to kannur through by GO air , unfortunately the flight time is rescheduled, but I don't get anyinformation from the tripmax, and immediately I contacted those satfs Mr asheem. And abdhulkhair,,nStill now I didn't get any clarification or refund amount from the travels. This exactly those staffs irresponsible behavior,, they don't pick up the calls from my phone very poor customer service

Superb travel agency, where you can get proper response and good customer support. In my case they are always updating the status of my file processing..... And they made it clear..
