IFB Point - Kottayam

I have registered a complaint of My washing machine on April 3 rd and IFB technicians opted to exchange my product with newer one as the existing one is old discontinued product. I was such fool to hear their suggestions and paid rs 20500 as exchange for new washing machine. finally they arranged brand new washing machine. From the first day itself the new product was unable to complete the wash cycle. It was simply using 500 ltr of water and energy without giving any proper wash quality. After a detailed analysis IFB technicians admitted that the brand new washing machine is defective. finally IFb technicians promised me that they will replace the product with a higher model . unfortunately, nothing positive happened till date. my washing process is interrupted since 3 rd of April. It is clear case of cheating. literally this company is cheating poor customers by providing refurbished products in the name of exchange. please give me refund instead of replacement. kindly aware that No retail outlets are suggesting IFB washing machines to a customer. they only suggest BOSCH.
