Nice place for workout. Trainer's are good and supportive. But the only thing is you have workhard to achieve your goals and follow the diet. You will definitely achieve your goals.

Good equipments, certified trainers ( After experiencing the services from almost 4 renowned gyms of Bhopal, this was the only gym where I got knowledge about forms & techniques) and most importantly for a female- good ambiance and crowd. Have achieved good results in a very short span of time. All the best to you guys!

One of the best option in JK road area. Though they are charging little higher amount than others, but the trainers,facility and crowd quality will be really good. Trainers are very supportive.

It's a place to grow, worthy every penny, under the guidance of master trainer Vasoo, from routine to diet to any exercise forms. All the queries and personal questions are welcome. And use of scientific method and scientific research and fact is seen. Ranges of equipment that are necessary for someone to built strength and endurance. Undoubtedly one of the best gym in state.
