One of the best Gym as I myself joined this gym and the results are very effective.nThe trainer Somesh porwal is very knowledgeable in terms of excercise,technique and diet as well.nI truly recommend this gym for everyone who wants to reduce weight or build muscle.

Best Gym to do workout, they take all the safety measures , sanitization of gym after every batch and proper thermal screening of every member coming in the gym , all these steps are rare to see in area like awadhpuri, spacious gym, different section for cardio, weight traning , and aerobics, last but not the least the gym trainer, well educated they have a great knowledge about fitness, umesh & somesh they literally give best suggestions to loose or gain weight and having a great knowledge of diet plan.
