Be careful for any travel in AirIndia have their own rules. They have their own rules for everything. If you book ticket just like that and then to your surprise they don't allow you to board the flight. So always call and enquire them before you book any ticket in AirIndia. Other company flights are fine mostly they follow common rules like anywhere else you find. Sometimes AirIndia may cancel the flight as well when they find very few number of bookings between source and destination. Keeping in mind all these things, book the ticket with AirIndia with your own risk.

Protective measures were really appreciable.But the staff can be a little friendly inside the flights.Government servants to be reminded that they work for the people.This is my first flight with air india and i can feel the difference.

It's very hard to get connected

Surprisingly very good support from the counter. Bought additional ticket in less than 5 mins.
