It is So much noise while travel time, otherwise staffs are so nice and polite

Currently this company has to be shutdown. Because they have losses in their business so shut down

booked an important trip for 25thApr2019 on Feb2019 in advance for my parents vacation (booking ID : TUAM5JBZ6), but then cancelled the flight at mid of march 2019, without any proper reason for the cancellation. Enquired directly at chennai airport at their airport office, but suspect the ground staff lady was either dumb or rude, and could not either explain me the cancellation reason too. Made huge mistake by availing JETAIRWAYS and wont ever take this flight service again for any important trips.
