Crossway Parklane Airport Hotel Chennai

Nice and economical. Rooms are pretty small, but adequate for a night halt. Toilet is bigger than normal, that's a great relief. Breakfast is very inadequate, may be as their kitchen and dining room was closed due to lack of manpower due to covid-19 pandemic. Overall a nice stay. For catching a flight next day morning it's really a bliss. You can completely through your worries to dustbin as the distance is in your favour. By UBER only Rs 79 to airport.

Stayed here for couple of nights. Stay was perfect. Conveniently loc nearby Airport. Room was clean and pretty. Complimentary breakfast was very good and worth mentioning. Guest service by Mohammad Azim was great. Will stay here again.

We came on 7th, then again came on 10th...driver Anand n Service Manager Azam are excellent...only problem is restaurant...no chicken....asked for fish 65 n prawn 65, got pakoras....no deserts...

If i could give 0 stars to it.. i would have. The most horrible experience faced during the stay in this hotel. First of all, nobody came to pickup from the airport.. we waited for 2 hours at the airport, then they took 1 hour for room check in. Worst services. Worst hotel i have ever seen. Never book this hotel when in Chennai.

The place is inside road surrounding not impressive. Rooms are good. But since it is aging maintenance is wanting. Bathroom accessories are not inplace. Services are good but housekeeping needs improvement. Response of housekeeping is not good. Takes money when you check in which is surprising compared to others. Food is bit spicy. But overall is a good hotel.
