The playing field (football/cricket) is good and reasonable according to market rates. The badminton court is not that good, it's pretty small comparatively and it's of rubber (not that good quality) and is overpriced. The manager Pankaj is a bit rude and the location of this is in a very remote area

Its a new set up in kondhwa specially for the college students around. The playing field has 2 working turf and the 3rd one is under construction. Also there are 4 badminton courts with synthetic carpet. Those are not clean tho. The site is still under construction so maybe I'll be better after completion. I'd give 7/10 for now
