worst service....my baggage has lost in the airport it has been 9 days over.... still there is no any information about my baggage and no proper response from the customer service......i have been repeatedly calling everyday no action has undertaken....my important certificates is in the bag ...they are easily saying its very hard to find your bag...Do not travel in emirates for your own good

Very helpful , you've to take a token as soon as you enter , and when your token number is called upon you get your chance . The staff are friendly and give you precise information about your query.
