This place has become vulnerable to the tourist. Many a times authorities have tried to clean the place but yet it becomes dirty with the garbage. Water is not too clean here. And one have to stand all the time as there are no benches place it the compound.

It's a beautiful place nice view of water and ambience is amazing.nBut the place is not taken cared properly due to which garbage is getting collected on the sides of the lake causing bad smell and various mosquitos around the lake.nLake witnesses various species of birds from different continents, it's a heaven for bird lovers.

Salim Ali Lake and Bird Sanctuary is located in the middle of city suburbs, but does not cast any shadow on its beauty. The lake is a prime spectacle and is a great source of joy for the weary city dwellers. And the bird sanctuary is a humble abode of various local and migratory birds.nThis lush foliage site, acts as the green lungs for the city. The sound of chirruping birds against the lake’s background is a must see, especially during dawn.
