Worst service just today 20 feb 2020 5:30 pm I m leave from amravati to nagpur and crew said air conditioned is not working.i said why you guys telling me now you should tell me before booking so this is my first last trip with this company. Owner please advise.

Worst service ever by a travel company. Instead go for VRL and Purple. They charge you more but the provide you with the service. The driver and conductor were very rude and the person sitting at the desk of their Amravati office does not care about your problems.
