I met Dr. Sridhar after my plaster was removed from wrist injury and took physiotherapy from him.Needless to say after attending 5 sessions with him and advice he gave during the session helped me reduce my pain around 75% and my gained my wrist movements without much pain. I am suffering from severe lower back pain problem since last one year. Recently it was under control but during this lockdown period, it has started again. Then I have been referred to Shri Shridhar Shirodkar. He is very calm and sincere to his profession. Some exercises which I had done earlier, he showed me the correct way of doing them and also introduced some new exercises. He has practical and specific approach. His observation is very good which helps in the diagnosis. I have completed 10 sessions with him and now it has given me confidence that I can surely overcome this problem.
