It was an amazing experience. The museum is full of relics, art, and many more which relates to our history as well as our culture and civilization. You can easily spend an evening over here. After this Pandemic, this was an awesome experience for me. The staff and volunteers were polite and helpful. Hygiene protocol was been maintained. All were wearing masks.

Wonderful place to visit. Things are maintained well. Entry fee is Rs 50/-, if you want to take photos on mobile then you have to pay Rs 50/- extra.. The perfect place for young kids. Real Egypt’s mummy can see. Vast collection of coins. Ancient time Hindu gods and Buddha statues. Many more to see.....

Wonderful museum with great collection. Quite well maintained. Buy entry tickets online without any extra charges. If you want to click mobile photos then need to buy a 50/- ticket from the ticket counter. For proper cameras, the charges are higher but you can buy that ticket online. The building in itself has beautiful colonial architecture with a well maintained central courtyard. Collection is worth seeing and even my kids loved going through. The only downside is that the cafeteria is not working full-time at present. You can only get a cup of tea but that's probably because of the lockdown. The museum would take a minimum of 3 hrs of you go through most of the artifacts. The crowd is less now so would highly recommend a visit. One of the oldest museums, it's worth a see.

Huge collection but not well preserved. Specially the geological section the rocks are not well preserved. The zoological section is very good and amazing. Newly made botanical section is also very much well decorated. The historical is also good. The interpretations are quite helpfull. But the most problem of such a museum is there is no extra rebate for students. Students must be provided ticket in lower price than others. But government never gave focus on this matter.

A wonderful way to see our history and all sorts of informative knowledge of our Earth and its diversity of life forms, culture etc. Nearest metro- Park Street, Ticket - 50/- each for nationals and 100/- for foreigners. Minimum time to cover - 2 hour. Baggage counter is available which is free. Photography allowed yet in Egypt and Teracota gallery it is not allowed. Opening time - 10:00Am to 5:00AM. Generally the ticket counter closed at 4:30PM.
