We met with them to make arrangements for my son and it went very well. The visitation and service was very well done. Everyone has told us the service was beautiful. The only thing that went wrong was they forgot to download our song list for the visitation, but they quickly fixed it. I would recommend them.

Very poor relationship with the family. Very poor value for the money charged. I wish I’ll not recommend this funeral home. The Directors are non-friendly and act like they don’t want to be there.

EVERY THING about this funeral home seems OFF.nI was trying to ignore my feelings as to not upset my Mom and Aunt anymore than they already were in the loss of their Mom, my Grandmother.nWe went in made the arrangements and told the director that we wanted my Grandma to look as natural as possible. We even provided a picture because my Grandmother did not wear a lot of make up and her hair was a simple side part comb down kind flipped or curly on the ends.nWe waited on a call to come view my Grandmother before her services that Wednesday.nNo one ever called. I called THEM on the Monday before and was told to come in that Tuesday an hour BEFORE closing.nI’m glad we did.nMy Grandma looked like a CLOWN and her hair was dry and pushed up in the back.nAfter speaking DIRECTLY to the stylist, showing her and texting her a picture of my beautiful Grandmother the same picture given to the person who handled the arrangements. I asked the young lady for a picture of my Grandmother once she REDID her (thinking I would get the photo within an hour or so the same day) I received a text at 6ish the morning of my Grandmother services.nHer hair was somewhat better but to me she still had on a little too much make up but hey what could we do... my Grandmother’s viewing was at 10a.m.nWe had to “settle” for what we had.nNoooow fast forward to TODAY.nI’ve called as of TODAY 3 times in regards to my G’ma death certificates. Each time I was told that I would get a call back. I spoke to a guy 2 times but this morning (10:45) I spoke to a black lady who seem irritated by MY plight. I expressed that this was my THIRD call and EACH time I was told someone would call me back to NO AVAIL.nI’M the irritated one! But she was so irritated she HUNG UP in my face. I called her back to let her know just how rude that was and she CLAIMED she didn’t hear me say anything else so she ended the call.nLIE! She didn’t want to hear me tell her that it was my third call and what she was telling me I had heard two times before.nGET IT TOGETHER YALL!nYou’re supposed to make a difficult time run as smoothly as possible!nYOU ALL HAVE FAILED AT THAT!nI AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH YOU AND TODAY WAS THE ICING...

I have called several times in regards to my parents gravestone being repaired. Apparently the people who mow (and the last time I was there it was very overgrown) have hit the corner of my parents tombstone and broke off a corner. I also reported that the vase was broken and will not stay in the place it is supposed to be placed. It was turned upside down on the stone.nnI was told I would receive a call and I have never received a call or any correspondence. I am very disappointed that the stone has not been repaired and that the cemetery isn’t kept up.

I found the new management to be kind and genuine to our family. They meet all of our needs . The staff was very helpful and well versed in allowing us to provide everything my husband and my family needed. I would most certainly use them again. I think some of the comments I read were more about about anger displacement than the service they provided. I am very glad they walked me through a very difficult process.nKathy Farabee
