Super nice and friendly help - I needed a parking permit (NPP) asap and went to go get it done. Got there and sign said appointments only (fine, I should know this is how it is now). As I was taking info from sign i was greeted and told they would be happy to help me out even though I was a walk-in. They didn't have to. Super appreciated. I was in and out super quick and will no longer be getting tickets for parking outside where I live. Thanks for the help!

Had a great experience today. Talked to everybody in the office and everyone was in a good mood despite the snow.nThe experience was smooth and I had my passes for the year pretty quickly - and with a rundown of the permanent pass and the two guest passes. I know it can be difficult if you don't have the right proof of residency - but the banking app on your phone is allowed if you just pull up a statement on it. Just had to remember the registrations from both vehicles.nIt's a tough job and not a great system - but the people working here are trying their best and my experience today was very pleasant.

My son attends CU Boulder (I Iive in Texas) and has a parking dilemma. I spoke to Shawn this morning to get some feedback on parking options for my on. Shawn was extremely helpful! He took time to walk me through some online maps and offered to do the same for my son. What a refreshing experience to speak to such a helpful, friendly and kind voice!

I went in right at 8am on a weekday and I recommend anyone else do the same because the man working there was very nice and helpful, and I was in and out in 5ish minutes.
