Very poor service ,nTo ,nWhom so ever it may concern ,nThis is to inform you that , it's been a long time now that we are facing power cut related problems in Sundargarh (Odisha , pin - 770001 ) , most of the time of the day/night there is no electricity in sundargarh , we feel like we have gone back to the days where we used to face electricity related problems more often.nThis thing is very frustrating and also unexpected from a company like WESCO .nIf it is not possible in your place to provide good service , then please do declare it publically that you are not capable of providing good service and give the charge to someone else.nYou guys need to understand that we are not begging for electricity , being a citizen of India it's our right to have it.nGive good service or else leave the post .nMay be we should start using solar energy for our home to get electricity , rather then relaying on a company like WESCO .nPlease do the needful.

Poor service is provided.Electricity not available at this hot weather. My phase is always out of electricity. Its been 2hrs, no electricity at all. What the hell are they doing?

Is this a public electric office? #World's first office without a contact number.nThis is not an office but a barn!nThe workers are so lame too! That's why I support privatization!

The worst !...I am gonna report this to higher authorities and strict actions will be taken against the service, Sambalpur wesco has new excuses everytime,that why there's no electricity ...they lie that there's no electricity anywhere,bt when I call and ask people of other areas, there's full electricity...
