They refused for room to a needy customer when actually we need room at 5am...how can be so inhuman .... totally disappointed...nnWe r new to sambalpur and search for a hotel and we found this apsara , but the reception guy can't understand what the situation is ....and refused to give room...nnIf u can't provide good service why decorate a so nice board n all.... disgusting

Hotel Apsara price wise ok, But not maintaining cleanliness and room hygiene .In emergency food not available and if ordered from outside the boys taking high price.

Terrific hotel.Due to their ongoing construction it’s a noisy place.Food order price is entirely different and the prices are not worth it.Just it’s close to station,that’s the only good point
