Very disgusting behaviour with customers.n1. They don't know how to speak with customers.n2. They Don't have gratitude.n3. They don't have some patience to listen.n4. They have lots of attitude.n5. They don't have time to talk with customer about deliveryn6. They know properly how to RUIN someone special day simply on a one call.n7. I never expected this kind of bad experience with them.nAnd that's my personal experience with them!

Nyc bakers everything available for birthday parties at under one roof, u don't have to go anywhere ,beside main road,easy accesible .parking is their u can go there with their entire family also ,Different types of cakes available there and u also make orders for special types of cakes.

Very bad service provided over the call. The staff seems to be very busy and took so much time to confirm and was shouting on me to be clear about the order, if you are not going to explain to me what I'm asking about, how am I supposed to confirm anything.nFake promise was made of same day delivery. I called 1 day before and they said call tomorrow we'll do it and did not take order.nNext day they said we cannot make same day delivery. Why ?nThat fellow was very rude.nI would give lower than 1 star but that is not an option unfortunately.

Best Bakery in the city. They keep everything for sale that is required for baking other than traditional bakery items. No need to look elsewhere for baking items and confectionery items
