Wouldn’t even give them 1 star, first told me my flights cancelled then rang a day later telling me not to buy another ticket as the plane is flying. Then rang me again to tell me to go buy a ticket back 1 day before my flight. Don’t answer the phone when you call and are so rude In the Jalandhar office. An absolute joke!!!

Such a great airline that there staff in Amritsar is so so intelligent that they don't know that they should have to tell traveler on which terminal their flight will land. Hopefully will soon put their ticket photo on Facebook and other social media. their customer service team has no sense to speak and have attitude like they are chief Pilots. Management Please give them training or at-least teach them how to speak over phone. Wow wonderful, i got another thing to post review we must have to give at-least one star. shame on you guys
