Good hotel it's worth going for party or outing or function. It's an old property a Haveli reconstructed or renovated into a great hotel. Ambience of the property is good it has cultural touch. Feels like Royal place but only problem is it is very far from the city, so I cut 1 star otherwise visiting it was a pleasure.

It's a vintage 5 star. The food is spectacular. Just what you would expect from a 5 star. The architecture is beautiful. Just needs to be a little well maintained and maybe I would give it five stars if they improve the lackluster breakfast.

Awesome Stay.nnWonderful trip to Amritsar - Golden Temple, Wagha border, Durgiana temple are awsome. Stay at this hotel make the cherry on the cake. Food is above average, rooms are quite good and people are nice especially front end team, I specifically remember the help and warm welcome of Simar and team while trip.nnThanks!!! Recommended for stay.

Amazing experience at this new Heritage Hotel by ITC. It is a beautiful property which is an old palatial house converted into a luxurious hotel. It has a Restaurant named Phulkari which fully takes care of guests with full CoVID-19 protection by providing sanitized cutlery which is sealed. Great food and authentic Amritsari taste. It has a nice cafe too which has very good coffees and snacks.

Went there last sunday ... the place had a very calm and positive vibe...nThe majestic interiors were mesmerizing...nWould say a perfect place for a lunch date or family dinner...nThe food served is good... tried mac & cheese pasta ...was cooked to perfection with authentic taste...nThe staff was very nice and courteous...the service was good...would love to visit again ITC Welcome Hotel ...thanks for the experience ud83eudd70❤ufe0f
