I stayed at Ramada Amritsar for 4 days. Jan 22-Jan 26 2020. This was a leisure visit with my parents.nnThe Facility is located at a wonderful location and just a stonethrow distance from Heritage road. Even Golden temple is about a 5/7 minutes walk from this facility.nnThe Ramada is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. The hotel is neat and tidy and rooms are spacious. Facilities are in abundance and staff is very friendly and professional. Overall, this sets high standards in hospitality Industry.nnCons - The breakfast was fine for 3 days, but the 4th day (26 Jan 2020), there was probably an issue with certain food items. The vermicilli upma looks stale and the bathura had some major issue. I got a severe food poison about 2/3 hours after I consumed the food. I was entirely down with a fever, nausea, giddiness and loss of apetite. This was same issue with my mother also. I had my flight back to Mumbai that day and I had the toughest struggle of my life in getting the flight back to Mumbai.nnThis is a humble request to the management to take up such things very seriously as this might jeopardise lives of people in the long run and ruin the reputation of the property.nnI rate this property an overall score of 3/5, cleanliness as 4/5, staff 4/5, food 2/5.
