Nice ambience, cooperative staff. Front desk guy was very professional and helpful. My overall experience is very good. They are also taking of sanitisation in covod19 time. I will recommend this saloon to everyone. Feel free to visit in corona time.

Worst customer service ever. Unhygienic staff and don’t know how to provide a good customer service. I went there for hair straightening and hair colour, they charged me 18000rs and but result was totally nonsenseud83eudd2c They did wrong hair colour and used cheap colour sticks. They did colour and keratin same day , I sat there for 7 hrs which were worst time of my life . My time and money both wasted . I would say don’t go there , don’t waste your time and money for worst customer service. Staff don’t know what they are doing ud83eudd2cud83dude21 staff will ask you so many unethical questions which proves their unprofessionalism.ud83dude21ud83dudc4eud83cudffc

worst experience with this salon. after reading all the good reviews i went to this salon. the staff here is so rude.. they dont want to attend you. i have to repeatedly ask at reception to send someone for my threading. and that girl who at last did threading was so rude.. and was not at all skilled at what she was doing.the haircut i got was ok. i will never visit this much hyped salon again.
