Terrible experience after staffs changed recently. Not sure if the new management will read this but let me say that they have completely ruined what once used to be one of the best Med stores in the area.

Since the time this shop has had a change of staff, the service has gone horrible. The staff would rather indulge themself on their personal chit chat and their whatsapp sms rather than attending to the customer. Even when the medicines that were asked to be procured will not be procured on time. Had been a regular customer here but do not prefer going here anymore.

Door delivery is always unavailable, not even once so far they have delivered medicine's at home . We regularly buy medicine from them
