Not a safe place to be. People were parking there bike in the cellar and leaving the bags on their bike. There is no security to check why people leaving their bags. Such negligence can lead to unexpected, unseen hazards. When I wanted to talk to the mall supervisor or security supervisor about this, the security personnel on duty started laughing. This is ridiculous. I was helping them secure the building and they were thinking this was not necessary and were laughing. Not a safe place to be for shopping or watching movie.
