Horrible experience because the service ended before it could even begin. I should be giving zero stars!!nnI opted for pick up after 8 PM in the night but they called me in the morning and said they're sending someone for pickup right away, at 10 AM when I am at work.nnAfter informing that I had opted for after 8 PM pick up, they said they don't have anybody available to pick up after 8. Then why even give the option?? Well, alright, might be a mistake so I rescheduled for 7 PM.nnSecondly, a delivery person calls me up, saying he's been assigned to me for a location half way across the town from where I actually live. Turns out he was given my number but another person's delivery details.nnThirdly, nobody came to pick up my clothes for the service at 7 PM as rescheduled.nnAnd there was no follow up from the team whatsoever! God forbid this happens after you give your clothes for cleaning!nnWould rather learn how to dry clean and do it on my own than go to these guys!! Horrible service.

Clothes were cleaned and folded well. It is expensive and may be used as a last resort.nnPickup and delivery were not on time, which is what I didn't like.nnGuy who comes for pickup counts and sorts your clothes and makes a note of it. He mentions extra prices for bigger stuff like blankets etc.nnDelivery was intact. Clothes smelled nice and were folded properly.nnIroning does cost a bit more.

I had a ink spots in my top and they remove it. I am so happy and I recommend all the people. Uclean are best in service
