Got myself operated by Dr Mayank. He is the best surgeon and a nice human. He listens to the problem and attends them well. Even the support staff is very good and helping. My wishes

I got admitted my father under Dr Sameer Taneja.. he is a good doctor. But I got dissatisfied when they billed me exorbitantly being an insurance patient. They have agreement with my insurance that they will be charging ICU@ 4000 but they billed it @8000 and single room @2800 but they charged 4000. I got deduction of rs 20066 due to this.nnMy father was admitted in ICU red zone where all suspected cases were kept but the entire hospital team was not wearing PPE kit. The handrub was not there in the entire hospital premises.nWashrooms are in poor condition.nnNo administration is there to handle such issues. They always ask patient to meet with the treating dr. They don't accept online fund transfer. They will be asking for cash in all cases.nnI had a pathetic experience with entire hospital.. no trained nursing staff. No trained billing staff. no trained junior drs.nOnly Dr Sameer Taneja is good.

I can recommend the hospital .Service is fine but some improvements need to be addressed. All over it is a gud hospital.
