Scott and Michael both went WAY beyond any expectations I could ever have for my visit to their store, and even ahead of my visit.nnFrom my initial call to the store on which we identified the older and less common equipment I inherited since purchasing a property and finding an issue with the pump / motor units, from photos sent through txt they helped locate some of the hardware.nnIt was suggested I brought the entire unit into the store and, although they don't do work in store, aided me in finding parts and checking the wear and quality of the consumable parts and I didn't even buy anything from the store, and they helped me SO MUCH.nnWe located the part number and I will definitely be giving them my business moving forwards.

I have been dealing with this company for over a month trying to get a set of steps from them. FedEx did lose them but Leslie's has done nothing but give me the run around about replacing them for almost 3 week. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When you ask to speak to someone in a supervisory position, they put you on the phone with someone that sounds like a 12 year old and ends up telling you they will look into it, just like the last 4 employees have told me. I ended up requesting a refund, let's see how long it takes to get it. Definitely do not recommend using them for any of your pool needs. If I could give 0 stars, i would.

Leslie’s Pool Supplies is a slick operation. Computerized water testing results in a printout of your pools chemistry and all the products you need for any corrective action is placed on the counter as they explain what is needed. As I said, this is slick.nnMy trusted pool store closed, so I decided to try, Leslie’s Pool Supply about a mile west of my old pool store at 2005 E Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018. In fact Leslie’s corporate headquarters is also located there.nnOn May 30, 2020 I took my pool water in to be checked. Mike the manager reviewed the test with me and had all the products I should buy to correct my pool issues right there on the counter (good marketing). I purchased at Mike’s recommendation one quart of Orenda phosphate remover, but ended up not needing it so the very next morning, May 31st, I went back to the store to return the product only to be told that Leslie’s does not accept returns on chemical products. You could easily see that the product had not been opened and was definitely not tampered with. Mike pointed out the policy was on their receipt, at the bottom, which unfortunately, was printed in light blue ink and maybe 8 or 9 point type. The receipt was placed in the bag so I never had a chance to review it. Nor did I see, the sign Mike said was over the door about their policy. Mike stated that a person could use a hypodermic needle to inject something into the product, but he affirmed he was not accusing me of that. Not once did Mike mention the return policy on a very expensive product. To me, this is very shortsighted customer service. To rub salt in the wound, Scott (another Leslie manager at the same store) who I called today, said it was not only a Leslie’s corporate policy but was a federal policy as well. He, of course was unable to direct me to any federal policy or statement, but said “this is what they told us in training”. And more salt in the wound when I looked up the price at other stores and online that had the exact same product for $42.00 and Leslie’s charged me $75.99. I want to return the product and get a refund. Leslie’s has bought up many pool stores across the country. They are the closest pool supply store to me, but I am willing to drive much further to buy from an ethical supplier, one that has good customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!nI purchased a pool cleaner online which was not compatible with my pool system. I called 3 different times all with sb hour & 30 minutes for someone to take the call. Each time I was told it will be sent to the return dept. I sent the pictures of the cleaner request. After my final call to Leslie's 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' I asked to speak to a Supervisor. She took my name phone number. She said someone would call tomorrow. I did receive a call only to be told it is not returnable because it got wet! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that how would I know it didn't work with my system!nDO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE A JACUZZI J-D300 POOL CLEANING STSTEM. Leslie's does not back their product they sellnThey lost a good customer

If i could give this company 0 stars I would I ordered pool filters on 6/16 had not been delivered by 6/26 i called customer service was on hold 35 min the agent said she would track the package and get back to me...still no package 7/16 one month later called again and was told the tracking request was just requested 7/14 18 days after my first call no one knows anything and one supervisor was a total snippy mean person order at your own risk
