I called few months back and the person was rude! From other people comments seems I'm not the only one.

They didn't work with me when I fell 2 months behind. So they auctioned off my personal irreplaceable belongings

People are very rude and always trying to get payments before they are actually due!!

I was charged a late payment that they wouldn't take off, we paid for the unit online and they had no record of it, yet it was on the credit card statement, and nothing has been done about it yet, so we had to pay for that month again, plus the late fee charge.

Just love it
