Absolutely the best customer service ive experienced in a long time. The staff are absolutely wonderful.nCaring,nAttentive,nPersonable,nand very fair.nThe units were very clean.nThe property was secure.nCouldnt be happier!

It saddens and disappoints me to have to write this review. Storage-R-Us has been excellent to work with in terms of safely storing my items. I moved out of state 10 years ago and, hence, have been paying storage fees for 10 years. There have been a couple times where I checked current storage rates to find the rates had dropped anywhere from $10 - $20 dollars for the unit I was renting. The first time I discovered this and contacted them, they lowered by rent. I didn't question for how long I had been overpaying (even though I knew I had been). I recently checked rates again. I have been paying $70.00 for the past few years. The day I checked rates (early June), they were $55 for my unit. I emailed Storage-R-Us. No reply the first time, so I resent. Got a reply (mid July) to say the rate was $65 and they said the owner would lower my rate but would not consider giving any credit for overpayment (I had requested they audit my account and give me credit for overpayment). I went back to the website to find the rate was now $65 (where it had been $55 just 3 weeks earlier). I gave the company an opportunity to what is right, and that is to audit my account and give me credit for overpayment. They are not doing this, hence my review. This is not how an honest company does business and I urge anyone who does business with them to check the rates constantly and ensure you are not overpaying. As soon as I am able, I will be vacating the unit (I live in WY, so it is not that simple).

We have had a storage unit with them for years. The staff is absolutely amazing and maintain everything in great condition. The few times I had any trouble mostly my code not working they help out and get it fixed pronto.

The customer service is so great. The people there are friendly and super helpful. I have been thankful for them and having a place to store my junk! :)
