R &R took over the storage units that I had my stuff in a while back, so when I went to sign paper work for them, I expected my prices to change. Nope. They honored what I was already paying. Not many places do that anymore. Also, Everytime I have had any issues they have been super nice and helpful. Highly reccomend.
