Magic Spell Spa, Parlour and Salon

All staffs behaviour r very good. Excellent silent spa where everyone gets authentic spirited therapy- nothing can be compared to any spa. simply magic in magic spa.

Went there to get my haircut on 16th October,2020. The stylist was not professional at all, doesn't even know how to hold the scissor. I asked him to get me layers cut, but he tried to convince me by saying the length of my hair will become shorter if I do that cut. So I should opt for V-cut at the back and layers in front. I listened to him and let him do the haircut. He cut at least 5-6inches of my hair from the back, that too uneven which I strongly disliked, I asked him to cut not more than 2inches. Now coming to the front, he just flattened my hair and cut those, just like the ametures do at home. He doesn't know to do the basic haircuts as layers. The overall haircut was neither V-cut nor layers. I am highly dissatisfied with the overall experience. Please do not waste your hard earned money to get such unprofessional services. Would like to get some clarification from the owner's part.nnP.s. Edited to add: after reading this review the owner contacted me and apologised by all means. She personally insisted to have a complimentary service as a token of gesture. After disagreeing for several times I decided to honour her request. Today, on 20th October,2020, again I went to the salon to get the hair spa. The same stylist did the whole procedure and this time he was extremely efficient. He probably was having a bad day on 16th. And will definitely mention about the humble gesture of Debjani Ma'am, the owner. The way she handled my grievance is quite commendable. Looking forward to get another service. Happy me!!!

Excellent spa service, maintained proper hygiene. Excellent massage from Priya. She is a good therapist, not so costly, get Rejuvenate in body, mind and rejoin work.
